This house was custom built and has thick concrete
walls with solid core mahogany doors, so sound proofing is amazing!

The 11th hole of "Teeth of Dog" golf
course DIRECTLY abuts your backyard! Amazingly close to the yard,
the view is spectacular.

This is our personal favorite spot in the villa, the "sitting
area" (with the patio and sun-heated whirlpool just
outside the window). This is where we sit and enjoy the
light cross-breeze and the fresh air of tropical plants
outside. If you look closely you can see a glimpse of the
ocean (look at the patio blue seat cushions, then look up,
just over the plants). Coming in from the back patio door
about 5 feet into the room, here's a shot of the sitting
room.

| These seats (above) give you a view of the patio,
the huge backyard and the 11th hole of the "Teeth of Dog"
golf course abutting your backyard. Rear-most left of the picture
shows sunlight coming through the front door-entry that leads
out to the driveway. Middle of picture is living room area with
vaulted ceiling (at least twice as high as what you see here).
On the other side of the wall straight-ahead is a bedroom with
two double size beds; and behind that bedroom is the other bedroom
with a king size bed (i.e.: front of building). Rear-right-corner
of room is the banquet table for dining. To hard right (not
shown in this photo) is the "sitting area" shown in
other picture above. To Left are the Master Bedroom wall; and
to rear left is the back-of-house bedroom with two double size
beds. |

This picture (left) is taken from the front-door
entrance looking to the right: This kitchen-dining-area
extends farther back to the right.
On your hard-right is the kitchen.
The large formal dining area is
is on your left, on
the other side of the Living Room; see Floor Plan.
The Master bedroom is on front-left side of house,
looking from driveway. Note the king-size bed; this
is a close-up so the room is much bigger than it appears
and includes more bureaus, cable television and full
bathroom.
