After 7 months of emails and phone calls with you helping me plan our daughter's wedding, our anniversary and our daughter-in-laws birthday at your villa, we finally did it! And we had a wonderful time. Thanks for being there to answer all my questions and assisting me with all my needs. The vacation could not have been more perfect and I thank you for being a major part of that. You made everything easy. And a special thanks to the support of your housekeepers, Tonya and Jackie —they were extraordinary. And Pitiri's Catering service was excellent, the prices were fair and the food was delicious. It is a memory we will treasure forever.

You offer an exceptional value in terms of both your rental rate, the size of your villa, and your picturesque yard. My grandkids enjoyed playing football there and it was a perfect setting for our daughter's wedding.. As we discussed, your villa will be more complete with the updates you are planning to do this spring, to the bathrooms, kitchen and the new annexed apartment that you use as a 5th bedroom.

I understand that you are ultra determined to keep your rates affordable for everyone, but as you agreed, the updates will earn you even more referrals than you are already getting due to your low rates and good service.
